There isn't any meds to treat it so yeah. It contributed to most of my very painful, never ending cycle of acne. I have an autoimmune disease and growing up it went unnoticed until I was 16. However, I am currently using 50 mg of Spironolactone nightly for the past year and it has helped me so much.
